By registering for and using the Santivox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Availability & Uptime
Santivox strives to provide a 99.9% uptime for its AI voice and text reception services. However, our services rely on third-party telecommunication providers (e.g., Twilio) and APIs. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed appointments, or business disruption resulting from third-party network outages or planned maintenance windows.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis upfront.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be performed through your dashboard before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- Refunds: All charges are final and non-refundable, except where required by local law.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Santivox services to:
- Transmit illegal, harassing, or fraudulent communications.
- Impersonate emergency services or misrepresent medical qualifications.
- Engage in unsolicited outbound telemarketing activities (robocalling).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santivox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. You acknowledge that AI technology is probabilistic and may occasionally make transcription or logical errors.
